Wellbeing at Work Matters
A thriving workplace is about more than retaining great employees. When people feel supported, connected, and equipped to navigate challenges, they are better able to contribute, collaborate, grow, and do their best work. Investing in employee wellbeing can strengthen workplace culture, engagement, productivity, resilience, and long-term organizational success.
Midland County employers don’t have to do this work alone. Our community and region offer a strong network of organizations providing resources for workplace assessment and strategy, culture, leadership development, employee development, mental health, and practical supports that address barriers to employment.
These resources include the Midland Area Wellbeing Coalition, Great Lakes Bay Region Mental Health Partnership, PartnerShift Network, Lead, ROCK Center for Youth Development, and Chapman Foundation for Caring Communities. Together, they offer employers multiple ways to strengthen the wellbeing of their people and organizations—from assessments and strategic planning to training, coaching, workplace culture initiatives, and employee support.
