Available Properties

The Great Lakes Bay Region recently re-launched www.MIGreatLakesBaySites.com, allowing public access to powerful business information research with only a mouse click. The property database features available industrial, commercial, office and retail properties, and allows area commercial realtors, developers and municipalities to post their available properties for FREE.

The innovative website is an online program to attract and expand businesses and jobs in the Great Lakes Bay Region, specifically Arenac, Bay, Clare, Gladwin, Gratiot, Huron, Isabella, Midland, Saginaw, Sanilac and Tuscola counties.

We encourage you to visit the Great Lakes Bay Sites to determine what property would best suit your business needs in Midland County.
