The Midland Business Alliance joined Brooks Estates Apartments and managing partner RT Group Properties on October 15, 2026, to celebrate the apartment community’s 10th anniversary with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 2414 Swede Ave. in Midland.

Over the past decade, Brooks Estates Apartments has welcomed residents while continuing to build a community focused on creating a welcoming place to call home. Managed by RT Group Properties, the property has continued to grow and evolve while building relationships with residents, employees, local businesses and community partners.
