Pavel’s journey to Midland began with a tennis scholarship at Northwood University, where he earned his MBA before building a successful career in finance. After serving as Corporate Treasurer at Chemical Bank, he joined Tri-Star Trust in 2018 as CFO, later taking on key leadership roles before becoming President & CEO.
